Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif visited embassy of China in Islamabad today and condoled with the Chinese ambassador Jiang Zaidong over the death of five Chinese citizens in the terrorist incident in Besham. He said the sympathies of entire Pakistani nation are with the bereaved families of the deceased Chinese citizens. The Prime Minister said the government will conduct a high-level probe into the incident at the earliest and will bring the perpetrators to justice. He also conveyed a condolence message to the Chinese President and Premier about the incident. Shehbaz Sharif said Pakistan will not let succeed, such nefarious attempts aimed at harming Pak-China friendship. He said the enemies of CPEC have once again tried to undermine the project with such cowardly act, but they can never succeed in their evil ambitions. He reiterated the national pledge to continue the war against terrorism till the extirpation of this scourge. Federal Ministers Attaullah Tarar, Ishaq Dar, Mohsin Naqvi and Special Assist ant Tariq Fatemi also accompanied the Prime Minister on the occasion. Source: Radio Pakistan
