The Karachi Stock Exchange (Guarantee) Limited’s notice of proposed delisting of companies
1 min readKarachi: It is hereby informed that following Companies are under process of liquidation or Liquidation has been appointed or the companies have already been dissolved previously, and trading in the shares of the companies remains suspended.
The Exchange, in the interest of investors protection and in pursuance of the Listing Regulations No.30 (1) (d), No. 30 (4), intends to now delist these companies.
Therefore, it is hereby notified for the information of concerned Liquidators and the companies that, if they have any objection to the proposed delisting of the companies they must inform the Exchange in writing within 14 days of publication of this Notice, otherwise the Exchange in compliance to the above referred Regulation will go ahead and take action of delisting of the following companies:
