Karachi, October 14, 2013 (PPI-OT): I have been directed to inform that the 67th Meeting of the Board of Directors of PICIC Asset Management Company Limited (PICICAMC) will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at 3rd Floor PNSC Building, M.T. Khan Road, Karachi to consider among other things the un-audited condensed interim financial statements of PICIC Growth Fund, PICIC Investment Fund, PICIC Energy Fund, PICIC Income Fund, PICIC Cash Fund, PICIC Stock Fund and PICIC Asset Management Company Limited for the three months ended September 30, 2013. The Management Company has declared the “closed period” from October 14, 2013 to October 23, 2013 (both clays inclusive), as required under Clause (xxiii) of the Code of Corporate Governance contaitained in the Listing Regulation No. 35 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the certificates and units of the above mentioned funds in any manner during the Closed Period.
