Shezan International Limited’s board meeting

Karachi: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on October 01, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. at Karachi to consider the Annual Accounts for the period ended June 30, 2011 / for declaration of any entitlement.

The Company has declared the “Closed Period” from September 24, 2011 to October 01, 2011 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance, contained in the Listing Regulations No. 37 of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly / indirectly, deal in the shares of the Company in any manner during the Closed Period.
