Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has congratulated Punjab Chief Minister Hamza Shehbaz and his team for introducing a comprehensive Local Government Act 2022.

In a tweet, he said an effective, efficient and autonomous local government system is key to delivering on citizens’ expectations. He said it will help produce local leadership.
