According to Radio Pakistan, Romina Khurshid Alam stated that Pakistan has initiated efforts to integrate disaster risk financing into its broader loss and damage strategies. She underscored the integration of disaster risk financing as an essential measure for enhancing resilience, ensuring timely responses, and supporting long-term recovery. Romina Khurshid Alam further elaborated that by combining innovative financial tools with inclusive and data-driven strategies, governments and global partners can effectively mitigate climate risks, aid recovery processes, and promote resilience.
