Propaganda Against Pakistan: India Faces Defeat Globally

Islamabad: India is facing another defeat on global front as its propaganda against Pakistan has failed.

According to Radio Pakistan, in a recent development, the International Monetary Fund expressed satisfaction over Pakistan’s measures despite Indian propaganda. The IMF confirmed that Pakistan met all targets for the extended fund facility.

During a press conference, Director IMF Communications Julie Kozak said the IMF Board agreed on funding for Pakistan as Islamabad made progress on required reforms and met all necessary conditions. Julie Kozak’s reaction was in response to an Indian journalist’s question.

She stated that the IMF follows a regular process to assess how countries are performing under these programs and its Board checks whether countries are realizing their targets. She emphasized that the programs include the required safeguards.

Additionally, she expressed that the IMF hopes for a peaceful resolution of issues between Pakistan and India.

Economists view that India tried to undermine Pakistan’s access to crucial economic aid. They say that an attempt was also made to obstruct the approval of one billion dollars to Pakistan, which witnessed a defeat.
