Gilgit: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif will pay a one-day visit to Gilgit-Baltistan today. During his visit, he will assess the flood situation and evaluate the damages caused by recent rains. He is expected to meet with the victims of the rains and floods in Gilgit and distribute relief funds to assist those affected. According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister will chair a meeting to review the losses caused by the rains. In addition, he will hold meetings with the Governor and Chief Minister of Gilgit-Baltistan to discuss the ongoing situation and the measures needed to address the challenges posed by the floods.
