Texas: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has expressed deep sadness over the loss of precious lives in the tragic flash floods in the US state of Texas. In a post on social media platform X, he expressed the hope that the ongoing rescue efforts would be successful in saving more people from this natural calamity.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Prime Minister said Pakistan also suffered a similar incident in its north-west just a few days ago and can fully understand the pain and suffering of the bereaved families. Shehbaz Sharif remarked that their thoughts and prayers are with President Trump and the American nation during this difficult time.

Meanwhile, in Texas, rescuers are searching for over two dozen missing children from a summer camp following flash floods that killed at least forty-three people.
