Planning Minister reiterates resolve to revamp economy

Minister for Planning and Development Ahsan Iqbal has reiterated his commitment to revamp the economy of country and work diligently for the overall well-being of the general public across the country.

Addressing a news conference in Narowal on Sunday, he said the international community made the pledges to provide over ten billion dollars in Geneva Conference to build the infrastructure in the flood stricken areas of country.

He said that PTI deliberately disposed off all those development projects which were started by PML-N under the guise of political animosity. He expressed displeasure that Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf ruined the administrative machinery of Punjab by pursuing corrupt policies.

Highlighting the progress made by Pakistan during PML-N regime, the Planning Minister said that country made progress by leaps and bound during four years from 2013 to 2017.

He further said that people of Pakistan have categorically rejected the nefarious agenda of PTI Chief Imran Khan and they will never cast vote in favour of PTI in next general election.
