Islamabad: Pakistan's hosting of international events is significantly boosting trade, investment, and industrial activity in the country. Food Asia, Beauty Asia, and Plastic Packaging Print Asia 2026 were successfully held at the Lahore Expo Centre, marking a milestone in promoting economic growth. According to Radio Pakistan, the three-day international events generated business opportunities worth two hundred and fifty million dollars. The events drew over sixty-five thousand trade visitors and one hundred and fifty foreign delegates from fifteen countries, highlighting Pakistan's growing appeal as a hub for international business activities. With strategic support from the Special Investment Facilitation Council (SIFC), these international events played a crucial role in promoting trade, investment, and business linkages. The success of these events underscores Pakistan's potential in attracting global investors and fostering economic development through strategic collaborations.
