Pakistan, US agree to further expand bilateral ties in diverse sectors

Pakistan and the United States have agreed to further expand bilateral ties in economic, trade and investment sectors.

The agreement came during a meeting between the US Charge'd Affaires Andrew Schofer and Finance Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar in Islamabad today.

The Finance Minister apprised the US charge d affairs on the difficult policy decisions being taken by the government to stabilize and improve the economy.

He said the government is committed to complete the ongoing IMF program.

The US Charge'd Affaires extended his support to advance the existing economic and trade relations between the two countries.
