Pakistan International Airlines’s composition of board of directors

Karachi: 1. The Federal Government through Notification No.F.4 (14) /93-F-II dated January 24, 2012 has been pleased to nominate Mrs. Nargis Sethi, Secretary, Ministry of Defence as ox-officio Member on PIAC Board of Directors with effect from January 12, 2012 and until further orders. Accordingly, the composition of PIA Board of Directors is as per Annexure – A to this letter.

2. This is for information as required under Listing Regulations of the Exchange. Consequently, you may please notify this change to all Members of the Exchange.
