One Year of Marka-e-Haq Reflects Pakistan’s Resolve, Unity: Tarar

Islamabad: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Attaullah Tarar, has stated that the completion of one year of Marka-e-Haq signifies Pakistan's national resolve, unity, and strategic vision. Addressing a Marka-e-Haq seminar in Islamabad today, he extended congratulations to the nation on this occasion.

According to Radio Pakistan, Tarar highlighted that the success in Marka-e-Haq elevated the nation's pride and demonstrated the victory of Pakistan's narrative on the global stage. He asserted that India's aggressive stance was rooted in propaganda and fiction, whereas Pakistan responded effectively, exposing India's false claims and intentions to the world.

Tarar criticized India's tendency to externalize its internal issues while internalizing external matters, specifically mentioning the Jammu and Kashmir dispute, which India portrays as an internal issue despite its international recognition. He accused India of conducting false flag operations and creating misleading narratives to hide its weaknesses and extremist tendencies, citing state-backed assassination attempts and espionage activities.

The Minister emphasized Pakistan's role as a frontline state in the global fight against terrorism, acknowledging the country's sacrifices, including the highest number of martyrs among security forces. He referred to recent events, questioning India's intentions during the Pahalgam incident due to the lack of security and rapid FIR registration, which occurred while the situation was still unfolding. Pakistan condemned the incident and offered a transparent investigation, but India failed to respond clearly.

Tarar praised the unity of the Pakistani nation, who stood firmly with the armed forces and government throughout the situation. He also commended the younger generation and Gen-Z for countering hostile narratives on digital platforms, using humor to strengthen Pakistan's message and demonstrate resilience.

He acknowledged the responsible role of Pakistani media and social media users during Marka-e-Haq for promoting the national narrative and ensuring Pakistan's voice remained strong in the digital space. Tarar expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Field Marshal Asim Munir, and the civil and military leadership for their guidance, which led to Pakistan's resounding victory and enhanced its international standing.

Minister for Climate Change and Environmental Coordination Musadik Malik also addressed the event, stating that Pakistan defeated India in the narrative war through facts and evidence, showcasing superiority during Marka-e-Haq. Malik described the Pahalgam incident as a pre-planned conspiracy to malign Pakistan and highlighted India's tendency to blame Pakistan for its internal problems and launch unprovoked cross-border attacks.

Musadik Malik congratulated the nation on completing one year of Marka-e-Haq and appreciated the political and military leadership for their steadfast determination, which led to the country's success.
