No Targeted Deportations of Pakistanis from UAE, Confirms Interior Ministry

Islamabad: The Ministry of Interior has clarified that there are no country or sect-specific deportations of Pakistanis from any country, including the UAE.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Ministry addressed recent speculative reports circulating in various media outlets, particularly on social media, about alleged targeted deportations of Pakistani nationals from the UAE. The Ministry labeled these reports as baseless and part of a malicious propaganda effort by groups with vested interests.

The Ministry emphasized that any deportations occurring are routine and conducted in accordance with the host country's regulations and legal systems, typically due to violations such as overstaying visas or possessing illegal documentation. It was also highlighted that Pakistani nationals who comply with visa and work requirements continue to be welcomed in the UAE and other friendly nations without any discrimination.

Furthermore, the Ministry condemned the spread of false information on social media, calling it malicious and fabricated with the intent to cause harm. It reassured that any issues concerning Pakistani nationals abroad are addressed on an individual basis through established diplomatic channels with the countries involved.
