Faisalabad: Minister for Communications Abdul Aleem Khan has emphasized that national institutions must not be targeted through baseless campaigns on social media platforms. Addressing a workers' convention in Faisalabad today, he called for greater unity and public awareness to foil designs of the enemy. According to Radio Pakistan, Abdul Aleem Khan reaffirmed the government's stance that Pakistan's armed forces remain a symbol of national strength, stating that the nation stands firmly behind them in all circumstances. He further highlighted how Pakistan's security forces have consistently overcome major challenges, particularly in the fight against terrorism. Expressing concern over the spread of misinformation and anti-state propaganda on social media, Abdul Aleem Khan urged citizens to use digital platforms responsibly.
