The National Assembly met briefly at the Parliament House this afternoon with Deputy Speaker Qasim Khan Suri in the chair.

At the outset, the Chair started the Question Hour, but no one was interested to ask questions.

The opposition benches demanded of the Deputy Speaker to start voting on the no-confidence motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan instead of taking questions.

On seeing this, the Chair adjourned the House to meet again on Sunday at 11:30 a.m.
