Abbottabad: The Organization of Islamic Cooperation Standing Committee on Scientific and Technological Cooperation and the Abbottabad University of Science and Technology signed a Memorandum of Understanding to offer forty scholarships to Palestinian students. The agreement was formalized by Dr. Muhammad Iqbal Choudhary, Coordinator General of OIC-COMSTECH, and Prof. D Mujadad ur Rehman, Vice Chancellor of Abbottabad University of Science and Technology. According to Radio Pakistan, this collaboration aims to provide higher education opportunities to Palestinian students through both online and on-campus learning modes. The initiative is set to enhance educational access and support for Palestinian students, facilitating their academic pursuits amidst challenging circumstances.
