Islamabad: Prime Minister Syed Yusuf Raza Gilani stressed upon all the political parties and patriotic elements to play their due role in controlling the law and order situation in Karachi. He said that the Government has already deployed additional security force to restore peace in the city and bring the criminals to justice. He condemned yesterday’s attack on police bus in Karachi.
The Prime Minister was talking to the Minister for Religious Affairs, Syed Khurshid Shah, who called on him this morning at Prime Minister’s House, Islamabad. The latest law and order situation in Karachi was reviewed in the meeting.
