Islamabad: Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain-wind and thunderstorms are likely at isolated places in Gilgit Baltistan, Kashmir, and adjoining hilly areas. Temperature readings from major cities this morning show Islamabad and Muzaffarabad at twelve degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty, Karachi at twenty-four, Peshawar at fifteen, Quetta at eleven, Gilgit at thirteen, and Murree at four degrees centigrade. According to Radio Pakistan, the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy weather with chances of rain-wind and thunderstorms. Affected areas include Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. Morning temperatures recorded in these areas were four degrees centigrade in Pulwama, Anantnag, and Baramula, fifteen in Jammu, minus two in Leh, five in Srinagar, and three degrees centigrade in Shopian.
