Islamabad: Hot and humid weather is expected in most plain areas of the country during the next twelve hours. However, rain-wind and thundershowers are likely at isolated places in upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, northeast Punjab, and Kashmir. Temperatures of major cities recorded this morning include Islamabad at twenty-eight degrees centigrade, Lahore at thirty-one, Karachi at twenty-seven, Peshawar at thirty, Quetta at nineteen, Gilgit at twenty, Murree at seventeen, and Muzaffarabad at twenty-three degrees centigrade. According to Radio Pakistan, the weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir predicts partly cloudy weather with chances of rain, wind, and thundershowers in Srinagar, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. The temperatures recorded this morning were Srinagar, Anantnag, and Baramula at nineteen degrees centigrade, Jammu at thirty-one, Leh at fourteen, and Pulwama and Shopian at eighteen degrees centigrade.
