Four soldiers martyred in North Waziristan suicide attack

Four soldiers embraced martyrdom in a suicide attack on their military convoy in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan District.

According to the ISPR, intelligence agencies have commenced investigations to find out details regarding the suicide bomber and his handlers.

The ISPR said Pakistan Army is determined to eliminate the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers will not go unpunished.

President Dr. Arif Alvi has condemned the suicide attack on Pakistan Army convoy in North Waziristan.

In a statement, he expressed his heartfelt grief and sorrow over the martyrdom of four soldiers.

He said such cowardly attacks will not weaken the nation’s resolve to rid the country from the menace of terrorism.

He paid glowing tributes to the martyred soldiers for rendering ultimate sacrifice while defending their motherland against enemies of Pakistan in the holy month of Muharram-ul-Haram.

Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has strongly denounced the suicide attack on a military convoy in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan.

In a statement, he expressed grief over the martyrdom of four soldiers in the attack.

Reiterating the nation’s firm resolve to root out the menace of terrorism, Shehbaz Sharif said the terrorists will not be allowed to succeed in their sordid designs.

He paid glowing tributes to the soldiers who rendered their lives whilst confronting the terrorists.

The Prime Minister prayed to Allah Almighty to grant the martyrs higher ranks in Jannah and give patience to the bereaved families.

Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah says our security forces will neither be afraid of any cowardly attacks nor will hesitate to make any sacrifice for the protection of the country.

In a statement on Tuesday, he strongly condemned the suicide attack on the military convoy in North Waziristan and expressed deep grief over the martyrdom of four soldiers in the attack.

He paid tribute to the soldiers for sacrificing their lives while defending their country.
