The Election Commission of Pakistan is working to formulate a special awareness campaign regarding facility of postal ballot paper in the upcoming general elections for registered persons with disabilities.

Presiding over a meeting in Peshawar today, Spokesman Provincial Election Commission Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Sohail Ahmed said in the first phase, focal persons from each district will be trained to educate the persons with disabilities.

The spokesman said that the NADRA has also started one window operation service for persons with disabilities.

The meeting was further informed that efforts will be made to make all polling stations accessible.
