DPM and Armenian FM Commit to Strengthening Bilateral Ties

Islamabad: Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar held a meeting with Foreign Minister of Armenia Ararat Mirzoyan on the sidelines of the SCO Council of Heads of State meeting. As Pakistan and Armenia mark the first anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations, they reaffirmed their commitment to building on the positive momentum in bilateral ties and exchanged views on regional and international developments of mutual interest.

According to Radio Pakistan, Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar also met with Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov on the sidelines of the SCO Council of Heads of State meeting in Bishkek. The two sides reaffirmed the strong bonds of friendship and brotherhood between Pakistan and Azerbaijan and expressed their commitment to further strengthening the bilateral partnership. They also exchanged views on regional and international developments and matters of mutual interest.
