Islamabad: Deputy Speaker National Assembly Syed Ghulam Mustafa Shah has paid a glowing tribute to Chairman Pakistan Peoples Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari upon his return to the homeland after successfully completing a parliamentary diplomacy visit.
