In the United States, death toll from powerful Hurricane Florence, in North Carolina has risen to thirty-one as flooding continues.
North Carolina Governor Roy Cooper, told media men that coastal city of Wilmington became an island amid heavy floods following the storm.
He said that the epic storm is still an immediate danger as rivers reach major flood levels.
Meanwhile, four more people were killed in China's southern province of Guangdong after being battered by one of strongest typhoons Typhoon Mangkhut in recent years.
