According to Radio Pakistan, Nawab Bahadur Yar Jung founded the All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen and established branches of the Khaksars in Hyderabad. He was recognized as a religious preacher with considerable impact. In 1938, he was elected President of the Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen and served in this capacity until his death.
Nawab Bahadur Yar Jung was closely associated with prominent figures like Mohammed Iqbal and Muhammad Ali Jinnah, earning admiration as one of the most respected leaders of the Pakistan Movement. He passed away in 1944, leaving a lasting legacy in the history of the region.
