Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Mehmood Khan says the government is working on a comprehensive plan to enable special persons of the province leading a respectable and dignified life.
Addressing a function in connection with International day of disable persons in Peshawar on Monday, he said a bill regarding special persons will soon be passed from provincial assembly to bring them in the national mainstream.
On this occasion, Mehmood Khan announced enhancing job quota for disabled persons from two to four percent.
The chief minister directed to collect data of special person in the province so as to rehabilitate them at earliest.
A similar function was held at Jamroad, Khyber district.
Wheel chairs were distributed among special persons on this occasion.
