Bank AL Habib Limited’s Board Meeting

Karahci: This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank will be held on Tuesday, October 18, 2011 at 12.00 noon at the Principal Office of the Bank located at Mackinnons Building, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi to consider Quarterly Un-audited Accounts and Consolidated Accounts for the period ended September 30, 2011.

The Bank has declared the “Closed Period” from October 11, 2011 to October 18, 2011 (both days inclusive) as required under Clause (xxvi) of the Code of Corporate Governance contained in the Listing Regulations of the Exchange. Accordingly, no Director, CEO or Executive shall, directly/indirectly, deal in the shares of the Bank in any manner during the Closed Period.
