Law Minister Senator Azam Nazeer Tarar has termed Bar Councils an integral part of the country's legal justice system.

He was talking to a delegation of lawyers from the Punjab Bar Council that called on him in Islamabad on Friday.

The delegation, led by Vice Chairman of Punjab Bar Council Basharat Ullah Khan discussed issues of mutual interest.

The minister said it was important to have a liaison between government and bars.
