Islamabad: Chief of Army Staff and Chief of Defence Forces Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, accompanied by Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi, held a meeting with Iranian Minister of Interior Eskandar Momeni in Tehran.

According to Radio Pakistan, the meeting is a significant part of Pakistan's ongoing initiatives aimed at fostering peace and stability within the region. The discussions are expected to emphasize collaborative efforts towards achieving a peaceful, lasting, and comprehensive resolution to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East.
