Islamabad: High Representative of the European Union for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy and Vice-President of the European Commission, Kaja Kallas, will undertake an official visit to Pakistan today (Monday). During her visit, she will co-chair the 8th Session of the Pakistan-EU Strategic Dialogue. This Dialogue serves as the highest-level platform for structured discussions between the two sides.

According to Radio Pakistan, Kaja Kallas is also scheduled to meet with senior leadership in Pakistan, including the President and Prime Minister. Her visit comes at the invitation of Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Ishaq Dar.

Pakistan values its longstanding, multidimensional partnership with the European Union, which is rooted in shared values, economic cooperation, and a mutual commitment to multilateralism. This visit highlights the ongoing momentum of high-level political exchanges between Pakistan and the EU, underscoring a shared commitment to further strengthening their partnership.
