Islamabad: At the UN Security Council, Pakistan has voiced grave concern over escalating Ukraine conflict. Speaking during the UN Security Council emergency meeting convened at the Russian request, Pakistan's Permanent Representative to the UN Asim Iftikhar Ahmad said Pakistan has always favoured and advocated dialogue and diplomacy for peaceful settlement of this conflict.

According to Radio Pakistan, the Permanent Representative stated Pakistan will continue to support all efforts aimed at achieving a comprehensive, durable and peaceful resolution of this conflict.
