Karachi: Newly appointed Ambassador of Spain Carlos Aragon Gil de la Serna called on Sindh Governor Muhammad Nehal Hashmi at the Governor House in Karachi today. During the meeting, discussions focused on enhancing bilateral relations, increasing trade volume, and promoting mutual cooperation. According to Radio Pakistan, both officials agreed on the need to boost exports and organize a youth exchange program as well as a joint food festival. Governor Hashmi extended an invitation to Spanish investors, urging them to explore the vast investment opportunities available in the province. The Governor also highlighted the importance of strengthening Pakistan-Spain relations through cultural, tourism, and educational exchange programs. Ambassador Aragon emphasized the significant demand for Pakistani textile products in Spain and acknowledged the role of the 170,000 Pakistanis residing in Spain in fostering bilateral ties.
