Kashmir Dispute Resolution Must Follow UN Resolutions, Says APHC

Srinagar: All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) has welcomed the recent remarks made by Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, the Chief of Defence Forces, emphasizing that "the story of Pakistan is incomplete without Kashmir." This statement has been seen as resonating with the aspirations of millions of Kashmiris who are resisting what they consider to be India's illegal occupation of their homeland.

According to Radio Pakistan, APHC spokesman Advocate Abdul Rashid Minhas issued a statement in Srinagar reiterating that the resolution of the Kashmir dispute must align with United Nations resolutions and reflect the wishes of the Kashmiri people. Minhas underscored that the Field Marshal's comments accurately highlight that demographic changes and settler-colonial policies implemented since August 2019 have not altered the fundamental realities in Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
