Mainly Dry Weather Expected Across the Country

Islamabad: Mainly dry weather is expected in most parts of the country during the next twelve hours. Cold weather conditions are prevailing in the hilly areas during the morning and night hours, providing a chilly start and end to the day.

According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature recorded in major cities this morning showed a range of conditions. Islamabad experienced eight degrees centigrade, Lahore nineteen, Karachi twenty-one, Peshawar eleven, Quetta nine, Gilgit seven, Murree six, and Muzaffarabad twelve degrees centigrade.

In the region of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir, the weather forecast predicts cold and dry conditions in Srinagar, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, Baramula, and Leh, while Jammu is expected to remain dry. The temperature this morning was recorded as follows: Srinagar, Anantnag, and Shopian at three degrees centigrade, Pulwama and Baramula at four, Jammu at twelve, and Leh at minus eleven degrees centigrade.
