Karachi: Rain-wind/thundershower is expected in Sindh and South Punjab, while heavy falls are also likely at isolated places in Sindh during the next twelve hours. However, partly cloudy weather with rain-wind/thundershower is expected at isolated places in Northeastern Punjab, Upper Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Kashmir. Hot and dry weather will prevail in other parts of the country. According to Radio Pakistan, the temperature of major cities recorded this morning included Islamabad, Peshawar, and Gilgit at twenty-six degrees centigrade, Lahore at twenty-seven, Karachi at twenty-nine, Quetta at twenty-one, Murree at twelve, and Muzafarabad at twenty-three degrees centigrade. The weather forecast for Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir indicates partly cloudy weather with chances of rain and wind with thundershower in Srinagar, Jammu, Leh, Pulwama, Anantnag, Shopian, and Baramula. The temperature recorded this morning in these areas was Srinagar at fifteen degrees centigrade, Jammu at t wenty-six, Leh at eight, Pulwama, Anantnag, and Baramula at seventeen, and Shopian at eighteen degrees centigrade.
